Chef de Partie - bristol - Food Led Country Pub - Salary c£25,800 - accommodation available
 
Our client, a local village pub near Bristol, and on the edge of North Somerset (between Weston Super Mare and Bristol) and renowned for its rustic country pub menus; all of which use 100% fresh locally sourced ingredients, requires a Chef de Partie.
 
In order to be considered you will need to have worked in a similar type of establishment, i.e. working with fresh quality produce and ingredients. Applicants must be passionate about working with good food and enthusiastic to learn and develop his or her skills.
 
Ideally you will have your own form of transport as it is a country pub and so transport to get to and from work is required - but live in accommodation available!
 
The Chef de Partie salary is £20,000 to £21,000 plus tips worth £3,800 to £4,800 per year - live in accommodation available!

Chef de Partie - City of London - Production Kitchen - to £24k
 
Chef de Partie required for a high-end production kitchen based in E1 City of London near to White Chapel.
 
The kitchen produces a daily changing high end menu working strictly with all fresh ingredients; butchering all of their own meats and fish and making their own sauces and stocks.
 
We are looking for chef candidates who have experience as either Demi Chef de partie or Chef de Partie and you must have experience working in quality kitchens, be it either casual dining or fine dining. The team of chefs use top-quality seasonal ingredients from local, independent suppliers to create delicious, international dishes.
The team is dynamic, growing and full of energy and life; this is an exciting time to join the company amidst fantastic media reviews for its progressive business model - it's a place where creativity and talent is encouraged and nurtured.
 
You may come from a high end fine dining restaurant or perhaps from another style of fresh food kitchen - the main importance is that you possess a confident skill-set that enables you to work well in quality kitchen operations.

Head Chef - South Bristol - Food Led Restaurant/Pub - to £40,000
 
A Head Chef is required for an established food led Restaurant and Pub in South Bristol.
 
The site is based around 100% fresh menus that are styled on both traditional and modern British countryside cuisine.
 
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef capable of comfortably running all aspects of a high volume kitchen. Managing Director - Restaurant Group - Bristol - to £50k
 
We are looking for a Managing Director for an Independent restaurant group in Bristol. The role will be responsible for running 3 very successful independent restaurant sites, will report directly to the board members and be directly responsible for total management of the business, specifically:
 
    • Overall business responsibility with direct reporting to the Board of Directors
    • Management and support of the Finance Manager, Operations Managers and the other site Managers
    • Recruitment planning and oversight plus management of key staff documentation
    • Overall financial responsibility, targetis, p&l reporting, balance sheets, KPI implementation, full budgeting, banking etc.
    • Management of main supplier accounts
    • Operational management to include site lease management, licencing, training planning and processing, music licencing, stocktake oversight etc.
    • Head office oversight and management

Salary
 
Salary is between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on experience. Depending on an individualís performance and the financial contribution that they make to the business there will be the opportunity for equity or additional salary based on the overall performance of the business.

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Mainly Daytime Shifts - Bristol - £9.68 per hour
 
Assistant Restaurant Manager required in central Bristol for a busy high-end catering facility comprising of 2 busy dining rooms plus function room. The job benefits from mainly day time shifts, an excellent benefit package plus options for career progression.
 
We are looking for applicants with specific experience as Restaurant Supervisor or above in high quality restaurants or hotels, the role could also suit an experienced hotel F&B supervisor/manager.  
 
Applicants must have a very good understanding of restaurant setup including table setting and service. It is essential that candidates have a fine eye for detail and an ability to deliver excellence in customer service. A good knowledge of wines is also essential.
 
The role will involve supervising all aspects of the front of house operations for the dining and function rooms, including maintaining stock levels, liaising with other departments, managing staff rotas and training and supervising.
 
Applicants must be personable, well-presented and should understand what it means to ensure excellent customer service at all times. A warm and friendly personality is essential.
