We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join an independent award-winning restaurant with rooms in Caerleon just outside Newport.

27 individually decorated bedrooms and a 100+ seater restaurant with a concept that has stood the business apart for over 4 decades, aiming to deliver memorable experiences to guests, day in and day out.

As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a newly refurbished busy bar, serving a wide range of food and drinks. This is a hands-on role, the ideal candidate must be committed, organised, and adaptable with excellent communication skills to be able to train and motivate the team.

Previous experience in a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits is essential. Ability to process orders and manage stock including a selection of 200 wines.

We offer a competitive salary and a share of the service charge. The bar is open 7 days a week, you will work 5 days a week. Candidates must be eligible to work in UK.
