Sorrel Restaurant, owned by Roux Scholar Steve Drake, is looking for a committed and passionate Chef de Partie. Nestled in the Surrey Hills, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, less than 45 minutes from London. Immediate start is available. This is a modern fine dining 1 Michelin star and 4 AA rosette restaurant in Dorking Surrey. The restaurant serves the very best of British food with menus constantly evolving to follow and reflect the seasons. Chefs with a Michelin/AA Rosette background are sought to be an integral part of the future of the kitchen team.
