Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for a local neighbourhood restaurant in North Street, Bristol. The restaurant is very popular and enjoys 5-star reviews and has won local Bristol restaurant awards. The menu is relaxed modern British European offering brunch, lunch and a la carte. The team is very friendly and focuses on offering great food with great service.
The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and will have experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in other professional fresh food kitchen environments.
Contracted hours are 45 per week.
Salary £26k to £27k (£11.10 to £11.50 per hour) depending on your experience and we’ll consider Chef de Partie or Junior Sous experience.
Tips are shared between all employees on shift and there is a 50% staff discount on food and drinks.
