Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Chef de Partie for an AA Rosette-awarded food-led pub near Langport in Somerset. The property has a modern British 70-cover restaurant. Menus are built around fresh, locally sourced (organic where possible) modern British ingredients.  Food emphasis is on non-fussy and non-complicated home-cooked food, prepared and presented to the very best standards.

We are looking for a Ched de Partie who has previous experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens, and someone with a love and passion for working with great food.

Accommodation is available.

The basic salary is between £28,000 and £32,000 (depending on your experience) plus tips worth £4,800 per year.
