Chef de Partie – Jersey – to £10.50 per hour – live-in
Chef de Partie required for a high quality hotel on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands. The Brasserie restaurant is part of a 5 star hotel operation and offers fine all fresh menu’s in a setting of outstanding quality and beauty.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie confident and skilled in all sections of busy all fresh food kitchens. It is essential that applicants have a solid understanding of working with stocks and sauces and grill. Full training will be given but we do require solid experience at Chef de Partie level. Equally important is attitude; we are looking for hard working, professional and reliable candidates only please.
Salary is based on an hourly rate of up to £10.50 per hour, contracted at minimum 40 hours per week but will often be around 50 hours in busy periods.
Accommodation is also available on site at a very discounted rate including all bills and food and uniform etc.
