Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is searching for a Chef de Partie for a privately owned food led pub in Taunton, Somerset. The food offering at the pub is based around a fresh, locally sourced modern British menu. Food emphasis is on non-fussy, non-complicated, but amazingly tasty home cooked food, prepared and presented to the very best standards. Candidates applying must have a stable background working in similar high-quality fresh food kitchens as CDP or Demi Chef.
The restaurant is popular with both locals and with those travelling further distances to enjoy what has become a reliable and consistently excellent place to eat and drink. Covers are regularly in the region of 100+, with Sunday lunch times being even busier. The kitchen brigade led by a well-respected Head Chef who is proud about the food that the kitchen delivers and has a real passion for delivering great food. We are looking for a Chef de Partie that shares this same passion and who can support the kitchen team into a continuingly successful future.

Salary is to £24,000, negotiable dependent on your experience, with a fixed 56-50 hour per week contract over 4.5 days per week. The company prides itself in ensuring a good work/life balance for all staff.
