Rhubarb Recruitment is helping The Royal York & Faulkner Hotel in Sidmouth, Devon with the recruitment of a Chef de Partie for its main kitchen, catering for breakfast and dinner for their hotel guests, and working with all fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

The Royal York & Faulkner Hotel is a long-established family-run leisure hotel in a prime position on Sidmouth’s seafront and adjacent to the town centre.

The main hotel dining room caters for 120 covers and offers a 4-course modern British table d’hote dinner menu, served in a formal table-clothed setting. The kitchen also caters for the hotel Bar menu.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the existing chef brigade in all sections of the kitchen, and there will be opportunities for learning and career progression.

Applicants must have either 2 years+ experience as Commis Chef and looking for his/her first CDP role or be coming from an existing Chef de Partie role in a quality professional kitchen.

Good single or double accommodation is available (FOH positions are also available for Chef + partner if you are a couple looking for work together).

Salary
