Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Commis Chef for a local village pub near Malmesbury, Wiltshire. The pub is renowned for its food-led rustic country menu with a focus on local game, fish and other locally sourced produce.

You will work under a respected Head Chef and his Sous Chef who will both give you the opportunity to develop your experience and offer excellent opportunities for career progression.

We’re looking for applications from any chef background (Commis Chef or Chef de Partie) who has more than 1+ year of experience working in good quality fresh food professional kitchens, and who can demonstrate good motivation to work with quality food.

5 days out of 7 and 2 days off per week with a mix of straight and split shifts.

Live-in Accommodation is available!

Salary

Package £30,400 with £28,000 basic salary, plus tips worth at least £2,400.00 per year.
