Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Commis Chef for an established conference and events centre in central Bristol. This is a super opportunity to work in a predominately Monday to Friday daytime office hours job, working with an all-fresh event and banqueting style menu, catering for daytime conferences. There are very occasional weekend and evening shifts available, but the majority of shifts are Monday to Friday between 8 am – 5 pm.

We are looking for a Commis Chef with either professional cooking qualifications or at least 1 year of professional cooking experience. There will be opportunities for training and career development, and you will gain experience in all areas of the kitchen including helping the Head Chef and Sous Chef with their day-to-day responsibilities.

Salary

£23,000 to £26,000 per year depending on experience, 5 days out of 7 and 2 days off per week, plus bank holidays and a generous pension scheme and health plan.
