Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Chef for a Pub Bar & Grill in Flintshire, Cheshire. This Bar and Grill is a recently refurbished pub site and part of a small group of Inns and Restaurants based in the same area.
We are looking for a Head Chef with experience working with Traditional Pub menus and confident in running all aspects of a busy pub/grill-style professional kitchen. Working hours are predominantly evenings & weekends, the site is closed Monday/Tuesdays with service times on the open days being roughly (Wed, Thu, Fri 5 pm – 9.30 pm …. Fri, Sat 12 pm – 9.30 pm … Sun (Carvery) 12 pm-8 pm).
There is an option to live on-site in a recently renovated flat.
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus bonus
Relevant Experience: Head Chef or Sous Chef in Pubs, Restaurants or Hotels
