Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Reception Manager for a 4-star international branded hotel in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Front Office and Reception operations – ensuring the smooth running of these areas and importantly ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service experience.

The Reception Manager will oversee check-ins, guest relations, back-office, concierge, and nights department and ensure correct handovers within these areas. It will also be responsible for onboarding, training, financial management, and ensuring brand standards are met.

The successful Reception Manager will have previous experience as a Reception Manager in similar busy hotel operations, will have a good eye for detail, an understanding of systems and, importantly, will understand how to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Salary is £28,000
