Covid-19 conditions: at the time of writing Guernsey is fortunate enough to have largely limited its infection rate on the island meaning that life is currently going on as normal with free movement on the island and all business operating as usual. Guernsey has achieved these low rates of infection by imposing a strict 14-day quarantine for all people arriving on the island. Please note that all new workers will be required to complete this 14-day quarantine on arrival. The Restaurant will pay for accommodation during this time and meals will be provided. This quarantine period is very strictly monitored by authorities and breaking the quarantine period will result in heavy personal fines applied by the local government. All applicants should be aware of the above requirement at the time of application and should be happy to complete this quarantine on arrival.
