Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager for a boutique hotel with a multi-rosette restaurant, located near Ambleside in the Cumbrian Lake District. The hotel has 20 luxury and individually designed suites and a beautiful dining room that has been regularly awarded multiple AA rosettes, red stars and other international dining and tourism awards. The hotel is independently owned and a member of one of the leading small luxury hotel groups.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager with experience managing high-quality F&B operations, which could be within 5 * hotels, award-winning restaurants, or other 5* catering businesses. We are looking for a person with energy and a passion for food and drink, including a good knowledge of fine wines. This is a very hands-on and customer-facing role, and so we are keen to find someone with a warm, friendly, and professional outlook.
