Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Restaurant Manager for a Restaurant and Lounge Bar in Flintshire, Cheshire. This Restaurant is part of a small established group of Inns and Restaurants based in the North West and North Wales.

The site itself sits on the edge of a large residential area and parkland and boasts a beautiful lounge and fully redecorated dining area seating up to 74 covers, plus a large garden area and a sheltered seating area that attracts families during the summer months.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a real passion and drive for delivering high-quality service. Applicants should have experience as Restaurant Manager or General Restaurant Manager and should be comfortable managing all aspects of Restaurant and Bar Management including day-to-day FOH service, staff hiring and oversight and ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service at all times.

The Site is closed Monday/Tuesday with service times on the open days being roughly (Wed, Thu, Fri 5 pm – 9.30 pm …. Fri, Sat 12 pm – 9.30 pm … Sun (Carvery) 12 pm-8 pm).

Salary: £34,000 per annum plus bonus
