Rhubarb Recruitment is looking for a Rooms Division Manager for a Luxury Country House Hotel in Leicestershire.
The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping and Nights Departments with a focus on ensuring the smooth running and continual improvement of these departments. The Hotel is well established and boasts a 5* reputation for consistent quality and service, alongside having an excellent reputation as an Employer. We are looking for applications from candidates with previous high-quality Hotel Management experience and with specific knowledge of Front office operating systems and Housekeeping operations.
The role directs and supports the Reception, Night team and Housekeeping teams with all day-to-day operations and oversees the broader operational activities relating to financial planning, budget responsibility, reporting, health & safety and management reporting.
The Rooms Division Manager job is full-time, 39 hours per week.
Salary from £35k to £40k depending on experience.
