Rhubarb Chef Recruitment is searching for a Sous Chef for a food lead Inn situated in the heart of Exmoor National Park in Somerset, close to Minehead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fresh and contemporary Restaurant / Country Inn that has award winning British food at the heart of its business. The restaurant boasts an excellent reputation for its fresh modern British menus and also for its fine level of service. The Inn/hotel is part of a small private family run group of hotels. It offers a rosette standard dining room and a busy bar menu which caters from 100 to 300 covers a day.
Suitable applicants will have experience as Sous Chef and will have a genuine love for working with amazing food and ingredients.
Accommodation is available, however it would be useful if you have your own transport as the business is situated 3 miles from the nearest town. To apply you should be happy working in a countryside location. The business is an easy commute from Taunton (20 miles) or Minehead 3 miles. .
