Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is searching for a Sous Chef for an award-winning seafood restaurant in Hove, East Sussex. This small restaurant is privately owned with 20 covers, is consistently awarded with 3 AA rosettes and enjoys being in #1 position in almost all regional review sites and publications.

The kitchen, headed by the Chef Patron, is produce-driven, with a focus on achieving unbeatable flavour and guest dining experience. The kitchen team operates in a fun and enjoyable working environment that mixes work enjoyment with consistently excellent in-service delivery.

We are seeking a Sous Chef that has a real passion for working in the very best kitchens and who is looking to join a consistently successful restaurant and kitchen operation.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as Sous Chef in 2 Michelin star standard kitchens and must be able to support the Chef Patron in all areas of kitchen operations.

The package is to £40,000 with a basic salary to £35,000 plus guaranteed tips worth c£5,000 per year.
