Sous Chef – North Somerset – to £28k plus tips
Sous Chef required for a busy food led Pub in North Somerset; about 15 miles outside the city of Bristol.
The site is based around an extensively renovated country Inn offering 100% fresh and ethically sourced menus styled around traditional British countryside fayre with modern some twists.
We are looking for a chef experienced to Senior Sous Chef level comfortable working in what can be a very busy 100 cover dining room environment. The Inn also has private dining, plus events, plus outside eating in summer months.
We are expecting applicants to have solid classically trained kitchen skills, having worked in fresh, high volume, operations; ideally busy food led pubs, but will also consider other backgrounds.

A very competitive salary to £28,000 plus tips to approx. £2,000 per year.
