Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Sous Chef for an award-winning independent restaurant and wine bar in Oxfordshire. The restaurant focuses on seasonal, ingredient-lead bistro cookery, taking inspiration from across Europe, and served in a warm and bright setting with consistently excellent service standards. The restaurant enjoys good reviews from the leading national press and 5* reviews across online review sites.
As SousChef, you will be supporting the Chef Patron in day-to-day kitchen management and in delivering all-fresh seasonal menus to a consistently high standard.

Applications will be accepted from candidates with either Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef experience.
£40,000 to £48,000 depending on the level of your experience.
