Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Store Director for a PREMIUM international brand with a focus on F&B retail. The business is a flagship store located close to Regent Street in one of London’s most exclusive areas directly alongside other leading international luxury brands. The store is situated over 3 floors of a luxury ‘designer refurbished’ site that offers a mix of retail, restaurant, and café space.

We are looking for a Store Director with experience in Food & Beverage Operations in Top Brand PREMIUM Retail Store environments, perhaps with one of London’s Premium department stores or similar. It is essential that applicants demonstrate senior operational experience in a PREMIUM Food & Beverage sector at national or international level and you must be able to present and operate consistently at this standard. You should have a Passion for F&B services and have an excellent understanding of what it means to consistently deliver excellence in customer service experience.

Fluent English essential, Italian speaker (nice to have) and other European language is a plus.


The Store Director will be responsible for all areas of the site’s 3 floor operation including:

  • Ensuring consistent day to day operation of all areas of the store
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of Premium customer service experience
  • Coordination of staff, a team of around 30 employees
  • Achieving objectives set by HQ in terms of sales volumes
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Guaranteeing the consistent delivery of Brand standards in the Store
  • Management of staff training, with support of HQ Marketing Retailing teams and Training Centre supervision alongside regular weekly shifts developing individual competencies
  • Supply management and product range in the Store
  • Ensuring HACCP standards
  • Guarantor for store opening and closure procedures
  • Supervision on service and products
  • Control on raw materials
  • Waste management (target less than 1% of waste)
  • Control and management on kitchen and coffee bar inventory
  • Supervision on workflows
  • To gain knowledge on all brand products and raw materials
  • Checking of all daily and weekly activities based on the assigned areas
  • POS system management and control
  • Management and resolution of complaints and possible issues
  • Direct responsibility on quality control actions of the services activated by HQ

Salary is £40,000 to £52,000 dependent on experience.
