Rhubarb Recruitment is pleased to be supporting the stunning Iford Manor Estate in their search for Waiters and Waitresses for award-winning, mainly daytime-only, Iford Manor Kitchen Restaurant. Iford Manor Estate is located 2 miles from Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, 5 miles from Bath, and 4 miles from Trowbridge.

Menus are created by the talented Head Chef Matthew Briddon and his team using only the best, top-quality, sustainable, and local produce. Much of the food served is grown, reared, or foraged from their own vegetable garden and across the Iford Manor Estate.

The Restaurant is predominantly a daytime-only operation, with the lunchtime service running from 11.45 am through to 3 pm. Twice a month the restaurant hosts a Friday evening Supper Club and there are occasional special events, however, most working shifts for Waiting Staff will be daytime-only. Additionally, there is an option to work daytime shifts exclusively.

Working days are Wednesday to Sunday during the summer months and Thursday to Sunday during the winter.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Waiter or Waitress with a warm, friendly, and professional outlook. It is essential that you are well-presented, and that you understand what it means to deliver consistently warm and friendly customer service. Ideally, you will have some experience working in quality food-led restaurants and /or other service-led environments. Passion for food.

Shifts

Summer – (5 days) Wednesday to Sunday 10 am to 5 pm (plus occasional evenings)
Winter – (4 days) Thursday to Sunday 10 am to 5 pm (plus occasional evenings)

Full-time and Part-time roles available

Salary

Waiting staff salary is paid hourly, up to £12.50 per hour (depending on your level of experience) + plus tips and holiday pay
