Job Title: Area Manager for Branded QSR Fast Food Restaurants
Salary: to £47k plus car allowance (depending on experience)
Location: Mansfield Nottinghamshire

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency is recruiting an Area Manager for a well-known Brand Operator of QSR Fast Food Restaurants in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

You will oversee 7 fast-food sites in the Mansfield area, supporting site managers in delivering on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor General Managers, drive profitability, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure alignment with the brand’s standards and values.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as multi-site Manager or Area Manager for one of the UK’s leading branded fast-food companies, for example, Costa, Starbucks, KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King, Gregs, Subway, Taco Bell, Pret A Manger, Nando’s, Pizza Hut / Pizza Hut Delivery, Papa John’s, LEON, Five Guys, Krispy Kreme, Wagamama, Pizza Express, or similar brands.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.
• Customer service passion and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communicator, results-driven, and high emotional intelligence.
• Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule including weekends.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence essential

Salary:

• £42,000 to £47,000 per annum (depending on your experience)
• Company car allowance
