We seek an Assistant Manager for a stunning independent Food-led Led Pub with Rooms in West Sussex, on the South Downs, approximately a 30-minute drive from Worthing and 20 minutes to Midhurst. An established Pub and Restaurant with an excellent reputation for delivering a fine modern British dining experience, alongside luxury boutique-style hotel rooms.

The Job

To support the GM in overseeing all aspects of Pub, Restaurant and Guest Rooms operations, to ensure maximum profitability and consistently excellent guest experience.

The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant Pub Manager able to demonstrate previous success in a management capacity in high-quality quality food-led pubs and restaurants, as either Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager. You will be able to help build strong local relationships with both existing and new customers. You will ideally have a strong understanding of running FOH restaurant services.

The Package

Package £43,000 with a basic salary in the region of £38,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus tronk of around £5,000 per annum.
