Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Breakfast Chef for a Michelin Recommended Bistro located in Central London.

You will join the kitchen brigade that is delivering high-quality, high-volume French Brasserie/ Bistro Breakfasts, for 150-200 covers per day. A luxury 5-star breakfast menu with items such as eggs Florentine, eggs royale, eggs benedict, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with caviar, caviar scorn fritter with avocado, chilli herb salad, grilled kipper with tomatoes and mushrooms on toast, full English breakfast, poached fruit with almond butter, and buttermilk pancakes, all matched with a careful selection of breakfast cocktails, teas and coffees.

You should have previous experience working in high-volume 5-star hotel kitchens as a Breakfast Chef or similar.

Shifts are 5 am to 2 pm daily and can be a Monday to Friday contract available if required. 40-45 hours per week.

Salary £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
