Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Chef de Partie for an established Golf Club in North Bristol. The golf club offers an all-fresh ingredient clubhouse lounge menu and operates a busy event and function catering operation for businesses, private parties and weddings.

The Chef job is full-time, 5 days per week, and will involve mainly daytime shifts between 8 am and 5 pm, with the occasional evening function. You will work a share of weekend daytime shifts, approximately 2 weekends per month.

Requirement

You will have at least 2 years of experience working as either Chef, Commis Chef or Chef de Partie, in a professional fresh food kitchen. We are looking for a chef with enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a strong kitchen team. Full training and support will be given. If you bring a passion for cooking and, working hard and learning then you will be supported and will be given lots of opportunities to progress and develop your career.

Benefits

• Salary to £28,000 depending on experience
• Mainly daytime shifts with only occasional evenings
• Every other weekend off
