The Job
Head Chef required for a well-established food-led pub in North Bristol. The pub offers a wholesome traditional British menu with a 35-cover dining room plus 25 covers in overflow dining areas. All dishes are homemade using fresh ingredients.
Who we need
We are looking for a competent, reliable and calm Head Chef, who can demonstrate a stable career history. Ideal for either an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking for his/her first head chef role.
