Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Head Waiter for a multi-award-winning Michelin Star restaurant in Central London. Hyper-seasonal menus concentrate on the best French and British cuisine; with modern plating in an elegant and intimate dining room.

As Head Waiter, you will support the Restaurant Management and Sommelier team in the smooth running of the dining room to give every guest a personalised experience. We need someone who understands what a fine dining / gastronomic restaurant is, with a passion for food, wine, restaurants and dining, and dedication to creating an unrivalled guest experience. Ideally, you will be ready to start with us as soon as possible. Previous experience in a Michelin equivalent/fine-dining restaurant is preferred, but the most important qualification is a keen attitude and willingness to learn.

Package

• Salary for Head Waiter is £40,300 paid hourly at £15.50 per hour
