The Restaurant

Rhubarb Recruitment is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to join a large management team at a high volume internationally branded themed casual dining restaurant in Vienna, Austria. The restaurant serves American Grill, Burgers and Casual International Cuisine.

The Job

You will be working for an iconic brand, managing all aspects of a high-volume professional kitchen delivering a strictly controlled and consistent fast-casual dining branded menu.

You will manage a large kitchen brigade catering to up to 300 customers per service.

You

You will have experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Kitchen Manager in busy, systems-driven professional kitchens. You will enjoy working in a lively, fun, fast-casual dining setting.

The Offer

Salary is €42k-€50k depending on experience plus incentive and bonus structures.
