The Restaurant

Rhubarb Recruitment is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join a large management team at a high volume internationally branded themed casual dining restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Job

You will be working for an iconic brand, helping to deliver consistent excellence in customer service experience.

You will work as part of a large management team, managing the day-to-day front-of-house restaurant service, and overseeing a large service team catering to up to 300 customers per service.

You

You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager in branded high-volume restaurants. You will enjoy working in a lively, fun, fast-casual dining setting.

The Offer

Salary is €40k-€43k depending on experience plus incentive and bonus structures.
